		<description>Yes, SaaS/Clouds are the future - the business benefits are way too many. But not all apps are tailor made for SaaS though. E.g., CRM works well; ERP, not so much. We'll have to see how customizable the SaaS apps get.

Also, we need some really compelling SaaS/Cloud installations/stories so enterprises will start taking the risk.</description>
